A few words about the author :
A graduate of DEG 2012, Thomas PONSOT spent 9 years working as an expatriate for a French oil company. He has since retrained and set up a wealth management consultancy in 2021.
He now supports and advises private customers, many of whom come from the energy sector.
The issues we deal with most often are, for example, protecting spouses, passing on assets, anticipating a drop in income (retirement, change of job, etc.), optimizing taxation, and providing support when leaving or returning from expatriation.
