The internet platform: https://alumni.ifp-school.com/en/ is the property of the Association of ENSPM Engineers known as "Alumni IFP School", governed by the law of July 1st 1901, whose head office is located at 228-232 ave. Napoléon Bonaparte - 92852 Rueil-Malmaison cedex
It is intended for the management of the activities of its members and network partners as well as for their information and that of the interested public.
The Director of the publication is the President of the Association.

6.1 It is the shared property of IFP School and the Association Amicale des Diplômés ENSPM, which hold the full author’s and producer’s rights. Any use not expressly authorised by IFP School or by the Association Amicale des Diplômés ENSPM and in particular any reproduction, representation, digitisation or modification of all or part of the directory, in any form and for any purpose whatsoever, is prohibited, except with the express prior written agreement of both owners.
6.2 The resulting files will never be transmitted to third parties and will never be marketed. Except for partners identified at paragraph 9.3 hereunder.

8.1 On this website we may process data about you (e.g. your address, membership fees or emails you have opened). This data may be used by IFP School, members of the association (for the online directory), by the association's staff or by the association's partners, in the context of our activities.
8.2 You can read below the details of the data we are called upon to process about you and the means available to you to exercise your rights under the European Data Protection Regulation (EDPR).
- What data and how is it used?
Within the framework of the various forms present in your private space, we may collect the information you provide us on your civil status, your contact details (personal and professional), your academic background, the groups you have joined, as well as other information that may be requested of you.
9.1 When you pay a membership fee or register for an event, other information is collected in order to ensure that your membership fee or registration is processed correctly.
In order to provide you with a quality service, we may also retain information about the emails you have received, read or clicked on, and the dates on which you logged on to the website.
9.2 You can control which data is displayed in the online directory from your private area in the "Confidentiality" section.
9.3 All other data is intended for the website administrators (members of the board and staff of the association) or for our partners under the following conditions:

It is possible to authorise only partial publication of the information by going to your private space, "confidentiality" tab, and choose precisely the fields that will be visible, both on the site, in the online directory and in the paper directory.
- Partner 2: OAKLAND, editor of STALKS software (numeric data research) : Identity - personal details - professional details. OAKLAND society is located in Swisszerland represented by its French agency which repects the European RGPD law.
You can object to this transmission from the management of your subscriptions, in your private area, Menu My profile/Settings/Emails and Subscriptions settings by checking the box "No update of my data by external partners".
- Partner 3: IESF, Ingénieurs Et Scientifiques de France (data for IESF directory) : Identity – personal data on ENSPM diploma and promotion.
It is possible to authorise only partial publication of the information by going to your private space, "confidentiality" tab, and choose precisely the fields that will be visible, both on the site, in the online directory and in the paper directory.
