HEC, Master of Business Law. Former tax lawyer at Baker & Mac Kenzie, headed by Christine Lagarde. Successfully founded his first company, H2I, in 1993.
In 1997, he restructured the number 1 in distance learning, then surfed the e-Learning wave with Edufactory, developed in 8 countries, which anchored in him the Edufactory international credo and added EdTek to his panoply in 2019.
In 2010, he founded Parrainer la Croissance, an association network dedicated to SME growth. Over 6,000 entrepreneurs. The Club is now merged into the Day One Movement Clubs, open in Brazil, USA, France and Côte d'Ivoire.
It contributed to the pigeon movement in 2013, then became international leader of the Assises de&n
l'Entrepreneuriat launched by the French government and Fleur Pellerin. Since then, he has been consulted during presidential campaigns to propose measures on entrepreneurship and digital, at the crossroads of social issues.
Together with Parrainer la Croissance, he launched the Accélérateur de Croissance, an incubator that encourages the migration of seniors from major groups to start-ups and SMEs. In 2015, he launched the first conference on intergenerational issues at Microsoft.
To demonstrate the colossal impact of uberization, he set up the Observatoire de l'Ubérisation (2016). The aim is to prepare France for digital, by enabling "uperizers and uberized" to define their competitive framework, to put forward a vision of society in the face of the challenges and upheavals, and to make proposals aimed at a political class that doesn't understand the issues. http://www.uberisation.org/

Founder and moderator of the "Entretiens économiques d'IESF" (IESF Economic Talks), whose aim is to help people understand the opportunities and threats posed by the new economic paradigm born of the3rd industrial revolution of 1980, whose input is data. One of France's pioneers in economic intelligence, he created and led one of the first circles on the subject at the MEDEF in 1998, and is an emeritus member of the Académie de l'intelligence économique.
